Return & Exchange Policy
At BossedBela Hair, we have a strict no-return or exchange policy after 7 days of receiving your order. To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure that you are ordering the correct item and carefully review the product descriptions before completing your purchase.
In the rare event that you receive the wrong unit or a faulty product within 7 days, please contact us at info@bossedbelahair.co.za. After reviewing the issue through the media you provide, if the product is confirmed faulty, we will gladly accept the return at no extra cost, provided the following conditions are met:
- The lace remains uncut.
- The unit has not been worn, altered, or tampered with.
- The item is still in its original condition and packaging, including all tags.
Please also ensure you have proof of purchase for any return requests.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a 5% transaction fee. Orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to both a 5% transaction fee and a 5% cancellation fee. Please note that all refunds will take 3-5 working days to process.
Demo wigs are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
